All the relaxing in the world doesn't keep me out of pain if I'm not strengthening regularly. Peaceful training is all about functional fitness; outer strength, inner peace. I've worked with Coach Ana since 2022 and she's helped me work through movement trauma to find the joy that it can really bring.
